Problem
Most of the skill development program ends up with successfully completed certificate (irrespective of mastery on it). Even if Trainings are of industry standard candidates ends up as job seekers in market. There is a gap in current education system (UNICEF report) and a mindset which can guide them how to make their skills customable in market to solve problem and got payed for it. Further on, current technology change and online/virtual world has disrupted most of the current education and market system.

We are aiming by end of 2021 to reach out to 5000 students/professionals and 100 institutes to make them imbibe the mindset and skills that are required for successful entrepreneurship. This will enable them to transform an idea into an online business venture and most importantly to make it a source of income too.

Present Industry 4.0 revolution has disrupted the past structure and now it demands the fusion of multidisciplinary knowledge streams. Skill Development structure:
- Batch will be created as a team, having groups with mentors to keep things on track
- Further each one will be having buddy pair as helping hand
- Weekly target will be decided and will be tracked through daily SCRUM meetings
- Tools like checklists and workbooks will be provided to keep things handy.
- Process and system document will be provided to have a birds-eye view at any given time.
- Online LMS academy will provide all the learning resources
- Live classroom will enable to get real-time view of implementations and execution

We don’t aim to teach but to create an environment where our candidates will imbibe the above-mentioned skills. And it starts with picking up the problem and ideate solutions for the problem; market analysis to validate the worthiness of the solution.
Then develop POC and MVP to put it into the market. We have built sales funnel for lead conversion, which Candidates can use it for their business development.
